Recently, I reached out to State Farm to discuss homeowner's insurance and the process was seamless throughout. Both Michele Proietti and Megan Backus were extremely helpful from start to finish. Megan hammered out the details, provided follow-ups, and answered any and all questions or concerns to get a policy in place for a time sensitive matter. "Taylor at this agency is great and a very personable representative for them. She called me back in less than 5 minutes as promised by the front desk manager and explained my auto policy line by line compared to my old policy with another insurance company. She was patient and allowed me to ask a bunch of questions with very knowledgeable answers. I had all my paperwork from her by email as we were closing the conversation and I paid my premium and the entire process took about 20 minutes. I saved over $400 in annual premiums over my previous company with the exact same coverage. AWESOME Lady!."
